``` Duties: - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons for children in a daycare setting - Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Develop and follow a daily schedule that includes playtime, educational activities, meals, and rest periods - Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Monitor and ensure the well-being of children at all times - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom and play areas - Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans Qualifications: - Previous experience working with students in a daycare or preschool setting - Knowledge of child development principles and curriculum development - Strong understanding of childcare best practices and safety guidelines - Ability to educate and engage children in age-appropriate activities - Excellent classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Understanding of child welfare regulations and compliance standards - Basic math skills for teaching early numeracy concepts We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
