Assistant Golf Professional

Responsibilities: - Provide golf instruction and coaching to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels - Develop and implement lesson plans and training programs - Teach proper golf techniques, including swing mechanics, putting, chipping, and course management - Assess and evaluate students' abilities and progress - Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills - Create a positive and supportive learning environment - Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons and practice sessions - Assist with organizing and coordinating golf events and tournaments - Managing daily tasks such as taking tee times and checking in customers.
Requirements: - Previous experience working with students in a teaching or coaching capacity - Strong knowledge of golf rules, techniques, and equipment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline in a group setting - Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching golf - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $12.
