Basement dry sand bagging and removal

Basement is 1/3 filled with dry sand about 200 ish of sandbags and small debris , need it bagged into sandbags and stacked outside cellar in pile.
There are windows for ventilation but it does get dusty and you might need a mask.
Looking to pay reasonable price to get this done, 1-2 day or more job if you have helper.
