*Position: * We are looking for a kind and compassionate *Med Passer / Resident Assistant *caregiver that strives to enrich the lives of our senior residents.
*MUST BE MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION CERTIFIED!*
*Job Description Includes:*
* Accurate administration and documentation of medication (we pay for state training)
* Accurately communicate and document any resident issues or concerns
* Assist with daily cares (toileting, showering, dressing, grooming, room tidies, etc)
* Assisting residents to and from meals and activities
* Assist serving beverages and meals
* Perform basic wound care techniques (as needed)
* Take and document residents vital signs
* Assist residents with transfers
*Job Qualifications Includes:*
* MUST BE MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION CERTIFIED
* Ability to work independently AND as a part of a team
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, staff, and providers
* Ability to be on time and to work a set schedule
* Ability to work every other weekend, or one weekend day each weekend
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language
* Must be dependable and able to work your shifts as scheduled
* Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand on feet for 8 hours
*PRN On-Call Shift: *6am - 2pm
* Work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) *OR* every Saturday *OR* every Sunday
* Can also pick up any available shifts
*Wage: *$20 per hour
*Additional Benefit: *This position offers 1 free meal per shift!
