Director of Residential Services - RN/LPN

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
As a Director of Residential Services, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

*Job description* Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations and management of an assisted living residential facility - Ensure the safety and well-being of residents - Develop and implement programs and activities to promote a positive living environment - Coordinate and supervise staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations - Respond to emergencies and address any issues or concerns that arise - Collaborate with community organizations and resources to support resident needs Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field is required - Knowledge of CBRF health practices and procedures - Strong organizational and communication skills - Previous experience in staff scheduling and time management We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for qualified candidates.
