Dental Assistant

Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist with denture/partial adjustments -Taking impressions for denture fabrication - Assist the dentist with surgical procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments - Take and record patients' vital signs - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Take dental x-rays - Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment Experience: - *Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is recommended but not necessary* - Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology - Proficiency in taking vital signs and documenting medical information - Familiarity with dental imaging techniques and equipment - Experience with Dentrix is a plus Skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members - Excellent organizational skills to manage patient records and maintain inventory - Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and proper sterilization of instruments - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
