Opportunity Details:
Bellin Health System, located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to join our Hospital to You and Utilization Management Teams.
This unique role will split time between the two departments equally.
This position provides an opportunity to be on the cutting edge of health care by overseeing and providing hospital care in a patient's home setting while also reviewing inpatients to determine the correct status of their admission.

Full-time practice: 40 hours per week

Qualifications and Requirements:
Board certified in appropriate specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau for Osteopathic Specialists with a current, unrestricted license to practice
Board eligible and graduate from an ACGME or AOA accredited residency training program within the last five (5) years
Pass all eligibility requirements of Bellin Medical Staff
Emergency Medicine or Hospitalist Experience Preferred
