```Duties: - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of clients - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, autism, and other mental health conditions - Provide ongoing case management and coordination of services for clients - Deliver therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups - Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns - Conduct crisis interventions and provide support during emergency situations - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Requirements: - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field - Valid state licensure or certification as a Therapist - Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation and assessment tools - Proficient in case management and treatment planning - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to provide patient-centered care and demonstrate empathy towards clients - Familiarity with crisis management techniques and ability to handle emergency situations - Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including mental health counseling, motivational interviewing, and gender issues counseling - Strong assessment skills to evaluate patient needs accurately``` Job Type: Contract Pay: $35.
