Technician Responsibilities:
all levels of technicians welcomed
(education, certification, and advancement opportunities supported by the dealership)
accurately & efficiently assess & diagnose customer concerns
ensure all components & systems are working properly to isolate the cause of the problem
perform the service work & repairs in accordance with the repair order & the dealership / manufacturer standards
establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service advisors to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
service managers empower technicians to execute their job responsibilities as the advisors and part dept.
work to make the job more efficient, more effective & more rewarding
income security of a busy shop, opportunity to learn, grow, and advance encouraged
responsibilities of the job align with the income earned
operate independently as a rapidly as possible to repair / service the concern, & get to the next job with the support of the service manager and service advisors
