* Direct analysis/intervention related to clinic issues, front office to back-office activities, relevant provider clinical documentation, front office documentation, and care delivery activities.
* Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and seek out appropriate leaders or partners to problem solve and process improve.
* Assist with and serve as a primary contact for de-escalation and crisis intervention efforts.
Serve as a liaison with Vivent Health security staff to ensure strong partnership.
* Identify and communicate priorities, timelines, and accountabilities to ensure efficient use of resources and to promote an open and productive work environment.
_*Leadership*_ * Manage staff, requiring interviewing, hiring, training, progressive discipline, employee relations, performance appraisals, and dismissals.
* Work in partnership with medical home departments and operations leadership.
* Collaborate with administrative team and provider leadership to develop, assess, and implement business strategies.

_*Financials*_ * Profit and loss responsibility for the clinics, including revenue, expenses, and budget management.
* Work collaboratively with operations leadership in forecasting and preparing annual clinic department budgets.
* Ensure effective patient enrollment, and retention; optimize reimbursement; achieve targeted productivity/ utilization metrics; and comply with contract/ grant fiscal and programmatic requirements.
* Serve as a resource for patient questions regarding billing and financial responsibility.
_*Quality Assurance*_ * Ensure and deliver an integrated and coordinated client experience.
* Ensure adherence to clinical best practices, including applicable policies and procedures.
* Enhance operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment, accurate patient registration, and efficient scheduling.
* Participate actively in quality improvement projects to achieve and sustain high-quality patient experience and health outcomes.

*Qualifications* * Bachelor’s degree in public health, health information management and technology, healthcare administration management, or business or equivalent relevant experience defined as at least 6 years working as practice manager, office manager, or operations manager preferably in a medical/clinical/healthcare setting.
* Three to five + years' experience in a medical or dental practice responsible for operations and leading a team - hiring, developing, coaching, training, disciplining, managing performance, and inspiring and creating an environment that fosters high engagement.
* Must have valid driver's license.
* *Must be willing to travel to regional sites.
* * Knowledge of regulations, HIPAA policies, and clinical best practices.
* Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends and develop effective solutions and strategies.
* Experience working in customer-centric environment.
* Experience working with electronic health systems and databases and key software programs i.
