Clean, quiet male adult looking for a room to rent in Green Bay/Ashwaubenon area.

I own a home in Wausau but need a room in Green Bay area for 4-5 days a week when I am working.
I have rented one for nearly 18 months; however it is scheduled to be sold and demolished within a few months to make room for new hotel.
Current landlord available as reference.
I currently cook when I am in Wausau and have a mini apartment size refrigerator.
Kitchen access not required.
Off street parking preferred although not required.
Private or shared bath acceptable.
