Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team.
As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Scan items, enter prices, and process payments accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations as needed
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges
Experience:
- Previous experience in cash handling or retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of wireless sales or jewelry sales is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are beneficial but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and change
