Looking to rent out the back portion of my house.
You would have a furnished, bed and end tables, Two large closets and have your own bathroom.
I occasionally have my two dogs.
Great area and quiet neighborhood.
Open to all people, Please be Non-smoking, Clean, and have a Job.
$250/week or $900 a month.
Will have access to Washer/Dyer, Kitchen and Fitness gym downstairs.
Start as early Jan 28th.
Looking more for short term leases and can be week by week or month to month basis
