Hunting Lease Wanted 75 yrs Retired Teacher - $1 (Green Bay)

As stated I am a 75 year old retired teacher.
I am looking for a hunting lease, 10-40 acres in Brown, Oconto, Kewaunee or southern Marinette county.
My current lease is being sold.
I have a lease agreement which is a liability waiver, terms of land use, and lease fee.
I will carry any amount of liability insurance you require.
I will be the only person hunting the land.
I have machinery for installing food plots and could do that type of service for you as part of a lease agreement.
Willing to pay $50/acre (negotiable) for very nice deer habitat property.
