Payroll Specialist

*Payroll Specialist* *Catalyst Consulting Group LLC*, a CPA firm in Green Bay, is looking to add a part-time *Payroll Specialist *to our team.
The successful candidate will perform a wide array of payroll and bookkeeping functions while interfacing with clients and staff.
You will play a vital role in assisting clients with payroll and accounting compliance.

*RESPONSIBILTIES* * Accurately process client payrolls * Handle highly sensitive, confidential material * Process and submit payroll tax filings * Maintain accurate payroll records * Provide monthly bookkeeping services for clients * Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns * Assist in a variety of accounting and administrative roles to support our overall team vision * Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned *QUALIFICATIONS* * Highly organized, versatile and detail oriented * Efficient with time, processes and meeting deadlines * Willing to learn and be challenged * Able to work independently and with a team * Proficient with technology * Knowledgeable about payroll processing rules and regulations * Able to effectively and professionally communicate with clients and staff *EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION* * Associate degree in business or accounting preferred * Minimum 3 years payroll experience required * Bookkeeping experience preferred * QuickBooks experience preferred * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite If you would love to be part of a top-notch team and work environment, we want to hear from you!
