Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, the Budget & Service Line Analyst is responsible for all aspects of Prevea's budgeting process.
This includes maintaining the software used to develop the financial budgets and forecasts for Prevea's five divisions.
Creates, maintains, and distributes reports utilizing the software (currently Axiom).
Works closely with departmental leaders to assist with department analysis.
Analyzes department budgets and forecasts and reports to leadership key trends.
What you will do
.
Oversee the development, analysis and revision of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for each Prevea service line and administrative department.

Maintain and implement budget, forecast and reporting software (Axiom).
.
Oversee monthly departmental financial reporting.
Routinely analyze reporting methods to ensure effectiveness of current technology and accounting methods being applied.

Recognize, follow, and analyze trends at the department and clinic levels.
Report key findings to leadership to assist with making strategic decisions.

Regularly interacts and coordinates with clinical and administrative leaders regarding all aspects of their department financials.
Education Qualifications
.
Bachelor's Degree in finance, business or related field Required
Experience Qualifications
.
3-5 years demonstrated budget administration experience with forecasting and analysis at a departmental (or similar) level for a multi divisional or multi company budget Required
