* Driving lean manufacturing
* Facilitating and leading process improvement teams
* Evaluating production and product costs
* Creating documentation and procedures for production
* Developing improvements to the facilities/factory layout
* Participating in product design reviews
* Performing cost analysis and cost justifications for major expenditures
* Performing safety audits
*Requirements:*
* Excellent project management skills
* Minimum 2 years previous experience in either Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CAD software
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
