Welding Operations:* Perform welding operations on metal components and structures, following blueprints, sketches, and specifications.

Precision and Quality: *Ensure the precision and quality of welds, meeting industry standards and project requirements.

Material Preparation:* Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and shaping components using appropriate tools and equipment.

Inspection:* Conduct visual inspections of completed welds to identify and correct defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
*5.
Safety Protocols:* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
*6.
Collaboration:* Work closely with team members, including supervisors, to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
*7.
Tool Maintenance:* Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal functionality.
*Qualifications:* *1.
Welding Expertise:* Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in various welding techniques (e.
g.
, MIG, TIG, Stick).

Blueprint Reading:* Ability to interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
*3.
Attention to Detail:* Keen attention to detail to produce high-quality and precise welds.
*4.
Safety Awareness:* Strong commitment to safety practices and knowledge of safety procedures in welding.
*5.
Physical Stamina:* Ability to handle physical demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials.
*6.
Certifications:* Welding certifications are a plus.
*7.
Education:* High school diploma or equivalent.
*Work Schedule:* • 2nd Shift: 4/10-hour days with a 3-day weekend.
