This exciting opportunity offers flexibility, allowing you to be based out of our Waukesha, Madison, or Green Bay offices.

You should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Biological Systems Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one within 2-3 years.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and administration of construction for various water supply projects.
- Expertise in various aspects of water supply engineering, including planning studies, well siting, water treatment, water distribution system design (pipelines, storage, booster stations, iron and radium removal, etc.
), permitting, and construction.
- Experience in client interaction, marketing, business development, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- A team-oriented mindset, combined with individual drive, strong communication and interpersonal skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
