Looking for an strong candidate to join our Commercial HVAC team in Wisconsin Candidate should possess great skills and knowledge around HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) Prior experience required with regards to Project Estimating for commercial projects.
2 years plus preferred Primary Responsibilities Estimate, sell, and help manage projects with a complete and comprehensive understanding of requirements and specifications; mainly, but not limited to, new construction and design build projects.
Understanding of equipment, equipment capabilities and ancillary materials required for proper project completion.
Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents Estimating and proposal management skills, experienced with pricing, costing, and quoting, proficient computer skills specifically with estimating and job cost tracking software.
Prepare bill of materials and work with sales department to secure vendor pricing.
Computes costs and manually enter figures into bid proposal software.
Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
Formulate customer job quotes, expedite customer orders, receive, and submit orders via telephone, email, and quoting software.
Prepare submittals for customers in a timely manner.
Elevate professional growth and development through continued education through programs in alignment with the industry.
Attend vendor sponsored product and technical training classes when appropriate and approved by the Segment Business Qualification Requirements Strong organizational and communication skills, must be capable of multitasking and have the ability to prioritize.
Applicants must be able to handle multiple projects at one time, manage tight deadlines, demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and provides accuracy and timeliness.
Candidates that have architectural, engineering or construction background is desirable but not required.

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, specifically EXCEL).
