JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the installation, removal, conversion, maintenance and repair/refurbish of ATMs and Air Machines.

00 an hour when out on projects DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: When Traveling: Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs including other Cash Depot equipment and products Execute dispatched work orders as scheduled/requested Perform cash replenishments or coin removals as scheduled Maintain a professional image, including personal, vehicle, and workspace Maintain inventory standards as required Communicate inventory and support requests in order to complete scheduled tasks in an accurate and timely manner Attend trainings as requested and maintain technical competencies of all Cash Depot equipment and products Perform administrative paperwork in a complete, accurate, and timely manner When In-House: Refurbish/repair ATMs and Air Pumps/Vacuums Complete assigned tasks within scheduling deadlines Perform work accurately and thoroughly Complete all refurbish/repair documentation accurately and on-time Maintain warehouse storage standards as defined by the manager Identify and recommend efficiency improvements Operate as a team player and help to unify the team Perform other tasks assigned by management as needed REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities) High School Degree / GED Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through Company’s risk insurer Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Max of 2 weeks of traveling per trip (In-House time of 2 weeks before another trip is assigned) Ability to drive a vehicle for 11 hours (driving to and from a project location) per DOT regulations Ability to work in a safe manner when moving ATMs, Air Machines, using power tools, and while driving Have experience with hand and power tools (hammer drill, impact driver, Sawzall, grinder) Basic proficiency with computers (Ethernet, IP Settings) Basic knowledge of electrical theory Ability to follow the expectations of the Field Service Handbook Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts Exhibit the following traits: flexibility, willingness to learn, organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and be a problem-solver Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by Family Members to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Lifting of equipment and parts is required from frequently to rarely.
Without Lifting Equipment: Frequently – Up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally – Up to 50 lbs.
Rarely – Between 75 – 150 lbs.
With Lifting Equipment: Up to 875 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a traveling capacity within a company van, box truck, or rental car and takes direction via phone or email.
This job operates in our warehouse and at customer locations (indoor/outdoor) throughout the country, being exposed to all weather conditions.
This role routinely uses lifting equipment, hand tools, power tools, iPads and cell phones.
This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work (In-House) are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
While traveling, hours will vary, but generally assigned 10 hours of work per day.
